Your Role:
As a Home Health Care Sales & Marketing Manager, you'll be the bridge connecting our loving services to those who need them most. You'll develop meaningful relationships, create engaging promotional materials, and stay informed on industry trends to help our client grow and thrive.
What You'll Do:
Craft and implement thoughtful sales and marketing strategies
Build and nurture relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sources
Conduct market research to understand and meet the needs of our community
Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve shared goals
Provide compassionate customer service and deliver heartfelt presentations
Stay informed on industry changes to ensure the best care possible
Participate in community events and conferences to spread our message of care
Plan community outreach projects, events and opportunities to give back to the community
Development and maintenance of a social media and online presence
What We're Looking For:
Prefer Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience in sales and marketing, especially in healthcare, is a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
A caring and proactive approach to sales and marketing
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and digital marketing tools is beneficial
A personal understanding of how impactful compassionate care can be to the wellbeing of others
