The Department: The Nursing Administration department consist of nursing leaders that support and occasionally lend a hand in interacting with patients. Their focus is on the business side of health care and nursing. Nurse administrators are responsible for hiring, budgeting, and scheduling nurses in our client’s health care facility
What You’ll Do: As the Associated Registered Nurse Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring quality patient care. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
In-House Administration: Manage clinical departments, including inpatient units, ancillary services, and the ED.
Collaboration: Work closely with Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) and nursing leaders to optimize patient care delivery.
Staff Performance: Provide guidance, coaching, and performance monitoring in line with nursing standards and policies.
Critical Thinking: Make timely decisions and solve complex problems effectively.
