KNK Recruiting, LLC is looking for a direct hire Emergency Department Registered Nurse - FT Nights for our targeted client located in the Bellevue, Ohio area.Â
Targeted Hourly Rate:Â $35hr - $43hr (pay rate varies depending upon skills and experience level).Â
Hours: 7:00 pm –7:00 am (36 hours a week with every 3rd weekend rotation)
Status: Full TimeÂ

Job Summary:Â
The Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) provides care for patients across the lifespan from infants to elderly age. The RN must recognize and effectively treat illnesses and injuries of various acuities including life threatening conditions. The RN must anticipate potential changes in patient condition and be prepared for patients to decompensate.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
•   The RN collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective holistic patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes.
•   Analyzes information, develops and implements plan of care, evaluates results and makes adjustments as necessary.
•   Documents patient care reflecting the patient condition and the care provided.
•   Integrates experience and critical thinking skills to ensure safe patient care.
•   Participates in quality improvement activities by identifying, implementing, and monitoring process changes.
•   The RN must recognize and effectively treat illnesses and injuries of various acuities including life threatening conditions.
Qualifications:Â
•   Current licensure as Registered Nurse in the State of Ohio
•   Previous Emergency Nursing preferred, but not required
•   American Heart Association Healthcare Provider BLS
•   ACLS Certified
•   PALS Certified
