KNK Recruiting, LLC is looking for a Home Health Care Aide Contractor  for our client located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
Pay:Â Â $15/hr. - $20/hr. (1099 contractor pay, varies with skills, education, and experience) Schedule: Flexible hours to fit your life and the needs of our cherished patients. Choose from Day Shifts (8am to 4 pm) Evening Shifts (4pm to 12am) or Night Shifts (12am to 8am). Part-Time or Full-Time options available based on your schedule and patient needs.

Your Role:
As a Home Health Care Aide Contractor, you will be the heart and soul of our client’s mission, providing care and companionship to patients in their homes. Your role is not just about healthcare; it's about honoring the lives and stories of those you care for, ensuring they feel valued and cherished.
What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate care to our esteemed elders, treating them with the respect and dignity they deserve
Assist with daily living activities, ensuring comfort and well-being
Monitor health, assist with medication reminders, and provide companionship
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Respond calmly in emergencies, always prioritizing patient well-being
Bring joy and companionship to each patient, making their days brighter and lives fuller
Embrace the calling of delivering compassion and quality care
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Assistance in ensuring a safe home environment
Ability to creatively engage elderly clients with enriching activities such as puzzles, games, art, intelligent conversation and outdoor time, promoting emotional and cognitive well-being
What We're Looking For:
A heart full of compassion and a readiness to make a difference
Reliable transportation for travel within the Greater Cincinnati and Dayton areas
Availability to work in patients' homes. Previous home health care experience is preferred. Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new tasks.
Prefer a High School Diploma or GED educational background
A personal understanding of how impactful compassionate care can be to the wellbeing of others
