KNK Recruiting, LLC is looking for a direct hire Home Health Care Operations Manager for our client located in the Cincinnati, Ohio area.
Position Type: Full Time (Direct Hire)
Targeted Pay: $70K - $90K Base, (base pay plus bonus opportunities)

Your Role:
As Home Health Care Operations Manager you would be responsible for overseeing our client’s home healthcare operations. In addition, you would will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while managing day-to-day operations, staff, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
What You'll Do:
• Oversee daily operations of home healthcare services, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
• Manage and support a team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, nurse aides, and support staff.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality and compliance.
• Monitor patient care quality and satisfaction, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community resources to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and accreditation standards.
• Prepare and manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation.
• Conduct staff training and development programs to enhance team performance.
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in home healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
