What You’ll Be Doing
Build and nurture pipelines of top healthcare talent.
Post, review, and manage job listings across sourcing platforms.
Screen candidates and provide detailed summaries to recruiting and client teams.
Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process from start to finish.
Verify licensures, backgrounds, and references to ensure compliance.
You’re a Great Fit If You:
Love matching healthcare professionals with meaningful career opportunities.
Thrive in a flexible, self-directed environment.
Bring 1–3 years of experience in clinical, hospital, or healthcare recruiting.
Have strong communication and organizational skills.
Preferably hold a Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Healthcare — certifications like PHR, SHRM-CP, CHHR, or AIRS are a plus!
